TriStar Summit Medical Center is seeking a Lead Medical Laboratory Technician to oversee and perform advanced clinical lab tests with independent judgment. The role requires leadership in multiple testing areas and ensuring high-quality patient care under the Laboratory Manager.

The incumbent will mentor staff, handle specimen processing, and apply procedures across bacteriology, hematology, serology, urinalysis, and blood banking.

Formación

• Education/Skills Associates Degree; Computer skills in word processing and spreadsheet applications preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Lead Medical Lab Technician performs and demonstrates proficiency in clinical laboratory areas; assists in instructing other personnel as assigned; applies techniques across bacteriology, parasitology, hematology, serology, blood banking, urinalysis, chem/morphology for diagnostic data.
