TriStar Southern Hills Medical Center is seeking a Medical Laboratory Technician to perform tests on blood, urine and other body fluids to aid in patient diagnosis and status. The role includes participating in Quality Improvement activities and maintaining a compassionate, professional approach with all patients and staff.

The position supports the department's long-range goals and values, with emphasis on teamwork, accuracy, and patient-centered care.

Qualifications

• Associates degree and accredited MLT program or ASCP eligibility.
• Experience or training in testing blood, urine and other body fluids for diagnostic purposes.

Responsibilities

• Performs tests on blood, urine and other body fluids to obtain diagnostic information.
• Participates in Performance Improvement activities to improve quality.
• Promotes a supportive, team-oriented environment with patients, visitors and coworkers.
• Supports departmental mission, vision and values of TriStar Southern Hills Medical Center.
