Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a chemical/physical/biological or life science with relevant clinical laboratory experience in the last five years, OR Bachelor's in laboratory medical technology with clinical rotation.

Responsibilities

• Perform tests on blood, urine and other body fluids to aid diagnosis and patient care.
• Supervise Medical Lab Technicians (MLTs) and participate in performance improvement activities.
• Promote a team-oriented environment and adhere to department long-range goals and values.
