AdventHealth Ocala is seeking a laboratory professional to join the team as a MLS/Medical Laboratory Scientist in a full-time Day shift. You will support pre-analytic, analytic, and post-analytic testing, ensuring quality and accuracy across a range of assays and instruments.

The role requires a Bachelor's in a chemical/biological/clinical/lab science and at least two years of technical lab experience. Opportunities include orientation, training, and ongoing professional development.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in a chemical, biological, clinical or medical laboratory science, or medical technology.
• 2+ years of technical experience.
• Equivalent education/experience per CLIA guidelines may apply.

Mansioni

• Provides orientation and training to new employees and students, guiding staff and solving customer service issues.
• Performs all tests and analytical procedures accurately per procedures and standards.
• Leads quality control, instrument maintenance, troubleshooting, and training of staff.
