Qualifications

• Bachelor-level or higher in a relevant field with extensive polymer film experience.
• Strong knowledge of medical device packaging standards (ISO 11607, ISO 13485).
• Experience with design control, risk management (FMEA) and regulatory submissions.
• Ability to lead cross-functional teams and deliver timelines in R&D environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead design and development of medical-grade films and flexible packaging forms for healthcare devices.
• Develop extrusion and packaging conversion processes; scale from prototype to pilot to manufacturing.
• Manage projects with risk mitigation, DFMEA/PFMEA and data-driven progress reports.
