Spectrum Plastics Group, located in Pleasant Prairie, Wisconsin, is looking for a Production Supervisor to act as a key link between management and the production workforce. The role includes ensuring safe and compliant operations in a medical device manufacturing environment while developing team members to achieve performance targets.

The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, experience in a cleanroom setting, and the ability to effectively communicate. Responsibilities include supervising shifts, maintaining quality standards, and implementing continuous improvements.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of supervisory or team-lead experience, preferably in a cleanroom or medical device manufacturing environment.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. regularly.
• Ability to stand, walk, and perform manual tasks for extended periods.

Responsabilités

• Lead by example in enforcing safety policies, GMPs, and cleanroom behaviors.
• Own end-to-end shift operations, including staffing, production flow, and issue resolution.
• Ensure products meet defined specifications and quality standards.

Connaissances

Strong leadership and decision-making skills

Effective problem-solving and attention to detail

Communication skills; bilingual English/Spanish preferred

Proficient with computers and software (Microsoft Office, ERP/MES systems)

Formation

Associate degree or equivalent leadership experience
