Job summary

DuPont Spectrum in Wisconsin is seeking a Production Supervisor to lead a medical sterile packaging line. You will ensure safe, compliant, and efficient shift execution, coach operators, and drive daily performance against quality and safety targets.

You will own shift staffing, document control, and KPI tracking, collaborate with Quality, Engineering, Maintenance, and Training teams, and implement improvements to boost throughput while maintaining ISO 13485/11607 compliance.

Qualifications

• Associate Degree preferred or equivalent leadership experience.
• 2–4 years of supervisory or team‑lead experience, preferably in a cleanroom or medical device manufacturing environment.
• Strong leadership and decision‑making skills.
• Effective problem‑solving and attention to detail.
• Strong communication skills; bilingual English/Spanish preferred.
• Proficient with computers and software (Microsoft Office, ERP/MES systems).

Responsibilities

• Lead safety, GMPs, and cleanroom behaviors to protect product quality.
• Oversee end‑to‑end shift operations, staffing, flow, and issue resolution.
• Ensure products meet specifications and maintain quality records.
• Coach and develop operators, ensure training and qualifications.
• Develop shift schedules and adjust staffing to meet demand.
• Address equipment, quality, or personnel issues and escalate as needed.
• Maintain shift reports and track performance against metrics.
• Monitor packaging material usage and inventory levels.
• Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency, quality, and safety.
