Job summary

The role demands a Bachelor's degree, PMP certification, and 10+ years in regulated product development, with onsite work preferred in Minneapolis for effective collaboration and execution across engineering, operations, quality, regulatory, supply chain, and customers.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Life Sciences, Business, or a related technical discipline.
• PMP certification is required.
• 10+ years of experience leading complex product development, commercialization, or manufacturing programs in a regulated industry.
• Experience with design controls, technology transfer, and stage-gate governance.

Responsibilities

• Lead programs through all phases of NPCF-Global and NPCF-Lite from opportunity assessment to commercial launch.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams across engineering, operations, quality, regulatory, supply chain, and commercial.
• Develop and maintain integrated program plans including scope, schedule, budget, and risks.
• Build and maintain trusted customer relationships and act as a strategic development partner for medical device OEMs.
• Ensure compliance with ISO 13485 and regulated product development requirements.
