Responsibilities

• Provides support and training to other Medical Assistants and staff.
• Identifies and resolves OSHA compliance issues and participates in quality initiatives.
• Greets patients and collects information, prioritizes to providers.
• Obtains vitals, performs EKGs, injections, phlebotomy, and assists providers.
• Manages patient records and EMR entries per policy.
