Job summary

Beth Israel Lahey Health (BILH) is seeking a Medical Assistant for our Primary Care team. You will assist clinicians by taking patient vitals, documenting medical history in our EMR, and delivering information to patients and families to support safe, high‑quality care and positive patient experiences.

This role requires a high school diploma or MA program completion, MA certification or 5+ years’ MA experience, and Basic Life Support within 90 days of hire.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or MA program completion required.
• MA certification or 5+ years of MA experience acceptable.
• BLS certification within 90 days of hire.
• Strong interpersonal and customer service skills; knowledge of medical terminology.

Responsibilities
