• Leads the work of Medical Assistants and ensures efficient patient flow.
• Provides training and orientation to new employees.
• Maintains clean, safe patient care areas and protects patient confidentiality.
• Assists practitioners with ECG, venipuncture, immunizations and procedures.
• Documents patient information and communicates changes to providers.
• Supports physicians and nurses in clinical and administrative tasks.
