Qualifikationen

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Must meet one of the following: LPN licensure for state, or EMT licensure in Illinois, or MA with certification from CMA, RMA, NCMA, CCMA, or NRCMA.

Aufgaben

• Lead the work of Executive Health Clinicians within the practice and supervise medical assistants.
• Assist physicians, nurses and staff to ensure efficient patient flow.
• Train and orient new employees; maintain training records.
• Monitor and evaluate policies; suggest operational changes.
• Escort patients to exam rooms and prepare for examinations.
• Take vital signs and document visit information.
• Assist with medical and surgical procedures as directed; perform testing as allowed.
• Maintain exam rooms, inventory and equipment; ensure safety and cleanliness.

Kenntnisse

Two years clinical experience

Strong computer skills

Ausbildung

High school diploma or GED

Bachelor’s degree (preferred)

LPN license

EMT license (Illinois)
