Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Leads the work of Medical Assistants and supports physicians, nurses and other licensed staff.
• Facilitates efficient patient flow and maintains safe, clean patient care areas.
• Provides training and orientation to new employees; monitors staff performance.
• Assists with medical and procedural tasks under clinician supervision (e.g., EKGs, phlebotomy).
• Ensures patient confidentiality and adheres to policies and compliance standards.
