The Center for Women's Medicine at Fairgrounds in Allentown, PA is seeking a Lead Medical Assistant to support clinical and front desk operations. You will obtain specimens, assist with routine lab studies, and handle administrative tasks under supervision of LPN/RN or a medical provider.

Requirements include graduation from a Medical Assistant program, an associate degree preferred, and at least 2 years in a physician's office.

Qualifications

• Graduate of a Medical Assistant / Administrative Medical Program.
• 2+ years in a physician’s office setting.

Responsabilités

• Assist with obtaining specimens and conducting routine lab studies.
• Provide administrative support as part of the clinical care delivery team.
• Support clinical staff under supervision of LPN/RN or medical provider.
• Mentor staff on clinical processes and procedures.
• Review workflows to identify areas for improvement.
