Job summary

MACT Health Board, Inc. is seeking a Lead Medical Assistant for full-time clinical work. You will train and lead Medical Assistants, support staff and patient experience, and ensure protocol adherence. You will assist providers, perform exams and lab tasks, and help manage equipment and supplies.

The position requires CCMA, BLS/ALS, and at least one year of CCMA experience, with a strong emphasis on teamwork and patient care. Monday–Friday, 8–5 schedule, with competitive salary and benefits.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Current CCMA certification.
• Minimum of one year experience as a CCMA.
• Current BLS/ALS certificate.

Responsibilities

• Lead Medical Assistant training and leadership for all MAs.
• Support staff and patient experience in a clinical setting.
• Ensure MAs follow proper procedures and protocols.
• Assist providers with exams and procedures.
• Perform lab tests and phlebotomy per policy.
• Maintain inventory of medical equipment and supplies.
