Job summary

Summit Spine & Joint Centers is seeking a Lead Medical Assistant in Georgia to oversee day-to-day operations and training of medical assistants. The role requires coordinating with providers and support staff to maintain efficient clinic flow in a fast-paced environment.

The position reports to the Assistant Operations Manager, with primary locations at region 5 clinics including Covington, GA, and may require travel to other locations.

Qualifications

• Must be detail-oriented with strong multitasking ability.
• Willingness to travel to other locations as needed.
• Willingness to cross-train on MA/ Fluoro tasks.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations and training of medical assistants at the location.
• Delegate workload and manage shift breaks for MA staff.
• Enter all injection orders and ensure documentation in ECW and proper routing.
• Train new Medical Assistants when applicable.
