Job summary

Summit Spine and Joint Centers is seeking an Assistant Manager, Clinic Operations in Decatur, GA. You will oversee clinic and ASC operations, implement policies, and coordinate staffing across locations including Lithonia and training in Lawrenceville.

Reporting to the Director of Clinical Operations, you will drive process improvements, train staff, and partner with physicians and administration to uphold standards and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1-year clinical experience.
• Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent experience.
• Travel to all assigned locations required.
• Willingness to train and lead staff in clinic operations.

Responsibilities

• Oversee general clinic and ASC operations and establish policies and procedures.
• Project manage initiatives and support process improvement.
• Serve as liaison between leadership and staff and support training.
• Develop and implement structured staff training programs.
• Coordinate with physicians, HR, and scheduling to ensure staffing and compliance.
• Collaborate with third-party services to maintain operations.
• Gather, analyze, and report data for fiscal and statistical purposes.
• Other duties as assigned.
