Job summary

Summit Spine & Joint Centers in Braselton, GA, seeks a Medical Assistant supervisor to oversee daily operations at region 3 locations. You will delegate workload, manage shifts, and ensure back‑office tasks are completed, coordinating with Providers and Lab staff for efficient patient flow.

The role requires strong communication, problem solving, and multitasking in a fast-paced environment. Travel to other sites may be required.

Qualifications

• 1-year clinical experience preferred.
• Bachelor's Degree preferred, or equivalent combination of education, training, and experience.
• Experience using EMR systems such as EClinical Works preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct morning huddles.
• Ensure prenoting is completed.
• Work up multiple rooms and manage MA workload.
• Train new Medical Assistants when applicable.
• Enter all injection orders and ensure proper transmission.
