Job summary

Summit Spine & Joint Centers is seeking a Medical Assistant to support busy regional clinics in Savannah and Pooler. The role involves triaging patients, rooming, taking vitals, documenting in EW EMR, and assisting providers.

Candidates should have 1 year of clinical experience and preferably a Bachelor's degree or equivalent. This is a full-time position reporting to the Assistant Operations Manager, with location flexibility within Region 13 as needed.

Qualifications

• Experience with EMR systems preferred.
• 1 year clinical experience preferred.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent education, training, and experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Triage patients, room patients, take vitals, and chart in the EMR.
• Assist providers in exam rooms.
• Process messages between patients and administration or other medical offices.
• Report to office manager and/or practice administrator.
• Other duties as assigned.
