Job summary

C&W Services is seeking a Senior Mechatronics & Robotics Technician to lead service technicians in installing and repairing automated packaging and distribution equipment. You will design solutions, manage projects, and mentor staff within the Operations Maintenance framework.

You will train junior technicians and contract staff while supporting a safety-first culture and continuous improvement in a cutting-edge facility.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 4+ years of experience with material handling equipment (MHE) such as automated conveyors and controls.
• 4+ years of experience conducting preventative maintenance.
• 4+ years of experience reading blueprints and schematics.
• 3+ years of CMMS experience.
• 2+ years leading a team of technicians.
• Vendor management experience.
• Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Project.

Responsibilities

• Promote a safe working environment by following all safety procedures.
• Maintain and troubleshoot all conveyor systems; install and troubleshoot relay logic, ladder diagrams, control components, sensors, and actuators.
• Create, assign, and close out work orders with data on labor hours, equipment maintenance and parts used.
• Lead and audit preventative maintenance procedures; mentor junior technicians.
• Maintain positive working relationships across Operations facility.
