Danfoss is seeking a Lead Technician in Cleveland, OH to support testing, validation, and continuous improvement of industrial clutch and brake products. This role executes experiments, calibrates equipment, analyzes data, and helps optimize product performance in a fast-paced engineering environment.

Requirements include a 2-year technical degree or equivalent experience, at least five years in technical/manufacturing roles, and hands-on skills with test gear and manufacturing tools.

Qualifications

• Associate or two-year technical degree, or equivalent manufacturing experience.
• At least five years in technical/manufacturing roles.
• Hands-on with test equipment and manufacturing tools; instrumentation knowledge.
• Experience with industrial clutches/brakes assembly or maintenance.

Responsibilities

• Set up, execute, and document engineering experiments for development and validation.
• Analyze and interpret test data to identify trends and support recommendations.
• Maintain and verify calibration of test equipment for accuracy and compliance.
• Fabricate and assemble test fixtures and prototypes as needed.
• Troubleshoot and support equipment to ensure reliable operation in testing/manufacturing.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve testing processes and performance.
