Job summary
BD in Columbus, NE is seeking a Hypo North Production Associate to operate manufacturing equipment safely and produce quality products per documentation. You will perform quality checks, changeovers, SAP data entries, and basic troubleshooting while ensuring adherence to BD quality systems and GMP standards.
This role requires a high school diploma or 2 years manufacturing experience, and comfort working in a team with a continuous improvement mindset.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED preferred; or two years of manufacturing experience.
- Experience with MES or SAP data entry preferred.
- Ability to perform quality checks and basic troubleshooting.
- Willingness to work in a clean-room environment and follow GMP requirements.
Responsibilities
- Operate equipment safely and produce quality products per documentation.
- Perform visual inspections and follow changeovers.
- Enter SAP data and perform line clearance.
- Maintain cleanliness and adhere to GMP standards.
- Assist in achieving production rate and quality goals.
- Cross train to support department needs.
