Job summary

Pilbara Minerals Limited is seeking a Light Vehicle Mechanic to maintain the PLS fleet of Light Vehicles and Light Trucks, ensuring safe and reliable operation. This permanent full-time role operates on an 8/6 7/7 FIFO roster from Perth or DIDO in the Pilbara region.

You will perform inspections, servicing and repairs to manufacturer specs, working with the Mobile Maintenance Team to meet schedules and safety standards, while contributing to a strong safety culture on site.

Qualifications

• Nationally recognised trade qualification required.
• High Risk Work Licences: Forklift, EWP, Working at Heights.
• Current and Valid Driver’s Licence (C Class).
• Minimum 1 year post trade mine site exposure with LV/LT maintenance across makes (Toyota, Hino, Isuzu).
• Strong commitment to safety and mining experience.

Responsibilities

• Inspect, service, maintain and repair Light Vehicles and Light Trucks per manufacturer specs.
• Work as part of Site Mobile Maintenance Team to meet schedules and targets.
• Attend rostered work and comply with Fitness for Work policies.
• Communicate with Workshop Supervisor on day-to-day activities.
