Job summary

Bell’s and New Belgium are seeking a Working Supervisor to lead a team of skilled technicians in maintaining brewery systems. You will supervise, schedule, train, and develop staff while ensuring adherence to safety and quality standards across production areas.

The role requires extensive mechanical knowledge, brewing process understanding, and the ability to interpret P&ID diagrams and construction drawings. Travel is occasional, and benefits are provided after one month of employment.

Qualifications

• Lead and direct work of a team in a brewery maintenance setting.
• Strong understanding of brewing production processes and sanitary practices.
• Experience with electrical, refrigeration, plumbing, welding, and mechanical systems.

Responsibilities

• Direct supervision of a team; manage performance and develop staff
• Assist with development of annual maintenance budgets
• Schedule major rebuilds and downtime across departments
• Perform maintenance on equipment and identify critical spare parts
• Develop maintenance requirements and training checklists
• Ensure safety and operational policies are followed; lock out procedures when needed
• Participate in on-call mechanical program
• Other duties as assigned
