Anheuser-Busch InBev NV in Columbus, OH is seeking a Maintenance Technician to support a high-speed brewing environment. Work may be in teams or autonomously to ensure equipment reliability and meet quality standards.

The role requires PLC knowledge, instrumentation calibration, and a commitment to safety and SOP adherence. Responsibilities include troubleshooting, repairing gearboxes, bearings, and drives; using SAP to document maintenance and parts; and contributing to continuous improvement

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 3 years of industrial mechanical/electrical experience or a 2-year technical degree preferred.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to work in a team.
• Knowledge of process controls, instrumentation, and calibration required.
• Knowledge of servos and controllers including hydraulic/pneumatic, temperature controls.
• Ability to calibrate, install and maintain process and analytical instrumentation.
• Ability to read electrical schematics.
• Adherence to safety policies and SOPs; 5S.

Responsabilités

• Work in a team or autonomously to complete work orders and provide maintenance support in a high-speed manufacturing environment.
• Maintain machinery, 480-volt 3-phase systems; minimize downtime.
• Troubleshoot, repair, and disassemble/reassemble equipment; overhaul gearboxes; replace bearings.
• Troubleshoot and maintain PLCs and variable speed drive equipment.
• Perform mechanical work: bearings, conveyors, motors, valves, hydraulics; lubrication routes.
• Read schematics and equipment manuals; adhere to SOPs and safety.
• Use SAP to detail corrective and preventive maintenance; manage parts and inspections.
• Support process improvements and plant goals through maintenance projects.
