The role emphasizes MBSE, end‑to‑end lifecycle execution from requirements development through manufacture, test and validation, and requires collaboration with manufacturing, quality assurance, and suppliers.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Systems Engineering, or related field.
• 5–12 years of relevant experience in systems engineering and/or mechanical engineering supporting complex hardware programs.
• Ability to develop, manage, and decompose system and subsystem requirements.
• Experience with verification and validation using TADI methods.
• Ability to prepare and review design and procurement specifications.
• Experience briefing customers, senior and mid-level leadership, and cross‑functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead evaluation, definition, design, manufacture, and verification of complex mechanical systems, including nuclear/high‑consequence applications.
• Develop and manage system/subsystem requirements; establish verification using TADI methods.
• Prepare technical presentations and conduct system requirements, design, manufacturing readiness, and test readiness reviews.
• Brief customers and leadership on program status; collaborate with manufacturing, quality assurance, and suppliers.
