Job summary

Diamond Peak Recruiting is seeking an experienced Mechanical Construction Project Manager to lead large-scale commercial and industrial mechanical projects from preconstruction through closeout.

You will manage budgets, schedules, procurement, and change orders while leading multidisciplinary teams and coordinating owners, GCs, engineers, subcontractors, and vendors. Focus on safety, quality, and profitability throughout project execution.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of mechanical construction experience.
• Proven experience managing large, complex projects.
• Strong knowledge of HVAC, piping, plumbing, or mechanical systems.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
