Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering required; Mechanical engineering preferred.
• 5–7+ years of experience in product development, engineering, or technical project management.
• Experience leading projects and coordinating cross-functional teams.
• Strong mechanical and technical aptitude.
• Ability to communicate complex technical concepts clearly.
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
• Self-starter who can manage multiple priorities effectively.

Responsibilities

• Lead product development projects from concept through production.
• Define project scope, timelines, and success criteria.
• Manage multiple projects and prioritize effectively.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams including Engineering, Sales, Manufacturing, Quality, and Marketing.
• Partner with vendors and suppliers to support development timelines.
• Support design efforts including modeling, drawings, and technical documentation.
• Oversee prototype development, testing, and design improvements.
• Identify risks early and develop solutions to keep projects on track.
• Drive continuous improvement in product development processes.
