Electro Industries in Monticello, MN is seeking an Engineering Supervisor/Lead to manage a team of engineers and technicians, drive new product development, sustaining engineering, and process improvements, and align projects with business goals.

You will collaborate closely with Operations, Quality, Supply Chain, and Product Management, translate strategic goals into executable plans, and ensure on-time, on-budget delivery while upholding high engineering standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering.
• 5+ years of engineering experience in a manufacturing or product development environment.
• 2+ years of leadership, supervisory, or project leadership experience.
• Experience managing multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and develop engineers, designers, and technicians.
• Develop project plans, schedules, resource requirements, risk assessments, and budgets.
• Provide technical direction and engineering oversight for product development and sustaining activities.
• Collaborate with Operations, Quality, Purchasing, Service, and Sales teams.
• Drive continuous improvement programs and corrective action initiatives.
