Responsibilities

• Define project scope, timelines, and success criteria.
• Manage multiple projects; prioritize effectively.
• Coordinate with Engineering, Sales, Manufacturing, Quality, and Marketing.
• Partner with vendors to support development timelines.
• Identify risks early and develop mitigation strategies.
• Drive continuous improvement in product development processes.
