MOHR Talent is seeking a Mechanical Process Engineer in West Point, MS for an in‑person, full‑time role. You will lead process development and production support for build‑to‑print parts, drive NPI activities, and support the ramp‑up of advanced aerospace components.

You will also develop machined components and assemblies, create BOMs and layouts, and push Lean/Kaizen improvements across cross‑functional teams. Strong hands‑on experience in fabrication is required.

Qualifikationen

• 7+ years of manufacturing engineering experience in aerospace or defense.
• Hands-on experience with machining, welding, and metal fabrication processes.
• Lean and Kaizen mindset with a track record of continuous improvement.

Aufgaben

• Develop processes and work instructions for build-to-print parts.
• Lead new product introduction (NPI) activities and support production ramp‑up.
• Support the development of machined components and complex assemblies.
• Create and maintain BOMs, facility layouts, and assembly line layouts.
• Drive Lean and Kaizen initiatives to improve efficiency and quality.
• Work with cross‑functional teams to solve production issues and improve flow.
• Be a hands‑on resource across fabrication, welding, and machining.
