Job summary

MOHR Talent is seeking a Mechanical Process Engineer in West Point, MS for an in‑person, full‑time role. You will lead process development and production support for build‑to‑print parts, drive NPI activities, and support the ramp‑up of advanced aerospace components.

You will also develop machined components and assemblies, create BOMs and layouts, and push Lean/Kaizen improvements across cross‑functional teams. Strong hands‑on experience in fabrication is required.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of manufacturing engineering experience in aerospace or defense.
• Hands-on experience with machining, welding, and metal fabrication processes.

A well established and growing aerospace and defense manufacturer with a team that cares about their people is hiring a Mechanical Process Engineer to lead process development and production support. This is a hands‑on role for a versatile engineer who loves working across machining, welding, fabrication, and assembly on advanced, high‑reliability products.

What You’ll Do:

• A Lean and Kaizen mindset with a record of driving continuous improvement
