Job summary

Upgrade Resources is seeking a Foreman/General Foreman for mechanical, piping and plumbing work across Texas markets including Carrollton, Pflugerville, and San Antonio. The role requires leading crews, enforcing safety standards, and coordinating daily activities to meet production goals.

The position offers full-time employment with competitive hourly pay. Experience in hyperscale data centers, hospitals, or large commercial projects is preferred, along with OSHA-30 certification and bilingual

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years as a qualified tradesperson in mechanical, piping or plumbing work.
• OSHA-30 certification or ability to obtain within six months from date of hire.
• Knowledge of OSHA safety regulations and company safety policies.

Responsibilities

• Lead weekly toolbox talks and ensure daily hazard analysis.
• Orient and develop crew; assign tasks and mentor apprentices.
• Perform related craftwork alongside the crew and plan daily work to meet goals.
• Verify tools/materials are staged and report shortages to the superintendent.
• Inspect completed work against plans and drive timely resolutions.
• Maintain foreman's log, timekeeping, and production/quality reporting.
• Recommend personnel actions such as hiring or promotions.
• Direct multiple foremen and crews on larger projects (General Foreman).
