Plumbing Foreman – Data Center Project

Employment Type: Full-Time | Direct Hire

Pay Range: $35 – $45/hour

CCS Construction Staffing is seeking experienced Plumbing Foremen for a large-scale data center project in San Antonio, TX. This is a direct hire opportunity for strong field leaders who can manage crews, maintain quality standards, and keep production on schedule in a fast-paced commercial environment.

Position Overview:

The Plumbing Foreman will lead a crew of 10–15 plumbers/pipefitters within a designated section of the project. This role requires hands-on experience, leadership skills, and the ability to coordinate daily activities while ensuring work is completed safely and to specification.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and supervise a crew of 10–15 plumbers/pipefitters
• Install and oversee work involving PVC, water mains, and copper piping systems
• Coordinate overhead, above slab, and below slab piping installations
• Assist with installation and coordination of water chiller systems
• Perform and maintain QA/QC standards on all work
• Read and interpret blueprints and plumbing drawings
• Coordinate daily workflow and manpower with project leadership
• Report progress and issues to Superintendents on-site
• Maintain safety, productivity, and quality standards on the jobsite
