• Plan manpower, workflow, and daily production goals.
• Communicate directly with Superintendents and project leadership.

Plumbing General Foreman – Data Center Project
Location: San Antonio, TX
Employment Type: Full-Time | Direct Hire
Pay Range: $40 – $51/hour

CCS Construction Staffing is seeking experienced PlumbingGeneral Foremen for a large-scale data center project in San Antonio, TX. This is a direct hire opportunity for high-level field leaders who can manage multiple crews, coordinate large sections of work, and ensure projects are completed safely, on schedule, and to specification.

Position Overview:

The General Foreman will oversee a major portion of the project, managing multiple crews (up to 5 crews of 10–15 workers each). This role requires strong leadership, advanced plumbing/piping knowledge, and the ability to coordinate large-scale operations in a fast-paced commercial environment.
