Job summary

CCS Construction Staffing is seeking a Plumbing Foreman for a large-scale data center project in San Antonio, TX. You will lead a crew of 10–15 plumbers/pipefitters, ensure safety, quality, and schedule alignment on a fast-paced site.

The role requires hands-on leadership, robust knowledge of PVC, copper piping, water mains, and chiller systems. Direct hire opportunity with competitive hourly pay based on experience.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Plumbing Foreman on commercial or industrial projects.
• Experience leading crews of 10–15 workers.
• Strong knowledge of piping systems and plumbing.
• Experience with QA/QC processes.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and project plans.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Reliable transportation and strong work ethic.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise a crew of 10–15 plumbers/pipefitters.
• Install and oversee PVC, water mains, and copper piping systems.
• Coordinate overhead, above slab, and below slab piping installations.
• Assist with water chiller system installations.
• Perform and maintain QA/QC standards on all work.
• Read and interpret blueprints and plumbing drawings.
• Coordinate daily workflow with project leadership.
• Report progress and issues to on-site superintendents.
• Maintain safety, productivity, and quality standards.
