Clark Construction Group seeks a Mechanical Foreman to oversee a mechanical crew on an active construction site. You will supervise installation, maintenance, and testing of piping systems, ensuring work meets specifications and safety standards.

The role requires coordinating tasks, reading drawings, and guiding a 3-8 person crew, with emphasis on safety and on-time performance. Expect a physically demanding environment with field-based leadership responsibilities.

Qualificações

• Attention to detail and safety.
• Ability to receive and follow instructions and communicate with co-workers.
• Ability to read labels, safety warnings, and guidelines.
• Ability to read drawings including pipe shop drawings, mechanical drawings, and P&ID’s.
• Good physical fitness with the ability to lift heavy objects.
• Ability to lead a crew of 3-8 employees in safe and productive execution of the work.
• Ensure compliance with safety procedures and conduct safe start meetings with the crew daily.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee and coordinate daily activities of mechanical craft workers on-site.
• Plan installation sequence to avoid obstructions and conflicts.
• Select appropriate pipes, materials, and fittings per specs.
• Rig and signal loads and set equipment alignment.
• Test piping systems for leaks and ensure compliance with safety rules.
