Job summary

Nox Group is seeking a Mechanical Foreman to lead a crew installing process equipment and mechanical piping on industrial projects across the Southwest. You will direct daily field operations, enforce safety and quality standards, and ensure work is completed to schedule and within budget.

Responsibilities include supervising fitters and welders, planning work from drawings, coordinating equipment startup, and mentoring crew members while coordinating with other trades and management.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of mechanical piping and process equipment installation experience.
• Ability to read blueprints, isometrics, P&IDs, and specs.
• Strong leadership to direct and motivate a crew safely and efficiently.
• Excellent communication with crew, management, and trades.
• OSHA 30 certification required; physical demands may apply.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily field operations for pipe fitters, welders, and helpers.
• Plan work from blueprints and P&IDs to meet schedule.
• Coordinate equipment installation, startup, and commissioning.
• Enforce safety, QA/QC, and quality standards on site.
• Track productivity and maintain accurate project logs.
