Job summary

PC Construction is seeking a Mechanical Foreman to lead and execute self-perform projects across our industrial sites. You will manage a crew of trades, read drawings, plan daily to monthly work, and coordinate subcontractors as needed.

The role requires 3 years as a foreman, 6 years installing flanged piping and large-diameter ductile iron piping, plus experience with process equipment for wastewater plants. Travel to jobsites is expected, with strong mentoring and safety focus.

Qualifications

• Three years of experience as a mechanical foreman.
• Six years total experience installing flanged piping systems.
• Experience with large-diameter aboveground flanged ductile iron piping systems.
• Experience installing process equipment for wastewater treatment plants.
• Willingness to assist with ancillary work such as miscellaneous metals.

Responsibilities

• Lead, motivate, and manage the crew
• Read and interpret drawings, perform material take-off, and order materials
• Plan and schedule the work for the crew, daily, weekly, and monthly basis to include integrating subcontractor work as needed
• Work with tools when needed, and train/mentor
• Travel to jobsites as required
