Job summary

Qualifications

• 5+ years' experience with pipe fitting processes in industrial settings.
• 1+ year in a supervisory role overseeing crews.
• Ability to read prints and construction drawings.
• Knowledge of pipe fitting processes for industrial piping and boiler components.

Responsibilities

• Read blueprints and specs to determine scope, locations, quantities, and material sizes.
• Identify tools required for each task and plan resources.
• Identify safety risks and required precautions.
• Illustrate knowledge of pipe fitting processes for industrial piping and boilers.
• Tactically plan operations to schedule workloads and optimize asset use.
• Manage crew with regard to processes, scheduling, costs, and personnel needs.
• Ensure compliance with safety practices and regulations.
• Assist in planning, estimating and scheduling work with other trades.
