Ideal candidates hold a two-year technical degree, an apprenticeship, journeyman-level proficiency in Mechanical/HVAC/Electrical trades, and a CFC certification. U.S.

Qualifications

• Requires two-year technical degree or equivalent with formal apprenticeship.
• Journeyman-level proficiency in Mechanical/HVAC/Electrical trades.
• CFC certification upon hire for HVAC base trade.
• Subject matter expert with broad trade knowledge and leadership experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide guidance and technical expertise to technicians in troubleshooting, repairing and maintaining HVAC/electrical equipment.
• Oversee technicians in subsystem breakdowns and repairs using hand tools.
• Lead reassembly and adjustments of machines and systems under repair.
• Prepare specifications for major repairs or parts orders and supervise installation.
