Job summary

JT4, LLC is hiring a Maintenance Trades Specialist I (Mech/HVAC) to perform mechanical/HVAC maintenance and related trades across facilities. The role requires an apprenticeship background, CFC certification, and at least two years in building trades.

Candidates must be able to obtain a DoD security clearance and travel to remote sites as needed. The salary range is $65,000–$73,000 annually, with benefits including health, life, disability insurance, 401(k) with employer match, and tuition

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent and formal apprenticeship training.
• HVAC as base trade with CFC certification on hire.
• Two years of related work experience in mechanical/electrical/building trades.
• Must be a U.S. citizen and able to obtain DoD security clearance within 180 days.

Responsibilities

• Inspect mechanical and HVAC systems to diagnose issues.
• Perform repairs, replacement of defective parts, and adjustments.
• Install HVAC components, ductwork, and environmental-control equipment.
• Adhere to safety, QA, and training requirements; travel to sites as needed.
