CoVolt Power in Kentucky is seeking a field-based Mechanical Superintendent to support the construction of solar sites and to oversee the mechanical scope. This role emphasizes safety, quality, and meeting project schedules on-site.

You will lead crews, coordinate equipment, review daily reports, and mentor team members while maintaining documentation and compliance with OSHA standards.

Qualifications

• 5+ years’ experience in the solar or related construction industry.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Ability to read specifications and drawings.
• Willingness to travel to multiple job sites.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily crew production and ensure on-schedule progress.
• Lead mechanical personnel and provide coaching.
• Monitor quality control and ensure safety practices.
• Coordinate equipment needs and maintenance.
• Maintain accurate field documentation and reports.
