Nex-Tech Classifieds is seeking a Project Foreman with skilled construction experience in plumbing and/or mechanical. Journeyman license is preferred but not required; a valid DL is required. Pay is based upon experience and credentials, with equal opportunity employment.

Responsibilities include leading construction teams, interpreting specifications, and ensuring work meets contract and codes. Benefits and advancement opportunities are available as part of a comprehensive team effort.

Qualifications

• Prior skilled construction experience in plumbing and/or mechanical is required.
• Journeyman license preferred but not required.
• A valid driver's license is required.

Responsibilities

• Lead field teams to complete projects per contract, drawings, and schedules.
• Read, interpret, and apply specifications, addenda, submittals, and schedules.
• Ensure all work meets contract requirements, codes, and engineering drawings.
• Communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders to coordinate activities.
