Job summary

Nash Plumbing & Mechanical, LLC, a subsidiary of HB Global, is seeking an experienced Mechanical Foreman to lead and supervise mechanical teams on plumbing and mechanical projects. The role focuses on ensuring efficient installation, maintenance, and repair of HVAC and piping systems while adhering to safety standards and project timelines.

The Foreman will supervise technicians, interpret blueprints, plan daily activities, and coordinate resources.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in mechanical trades, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role.
• Proven expertise in HVAC, piping, and related systems.
• Strong ability to read blueprints and technical specifications.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills.
• Knowledge of building codes and safety regulations (OSHA preferred).
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Physically able to perform demanding field work.
• Proficiency using basic computer applications for record-keeping.

Responsibilities

• Supervise, train, and mentor a team of mechanical technicians, plumbers, and pipefitters.
• Plan, schedule, and coordinate daily mechanical work activities.
• Interpret blueprints, schematics, and drawings to ensure accurate installations.
• Oversee installation, maintenance, and repair of HVAC, plumbing, piping systems.
• Conduct inspections for quality and safety compliance.
• Troubleshoot mechanical issues and provide guidance to the team.
• Order and manage materials and equipment with inventory control.
• Maintain records of work performed and progress.
• Collaborate with project managers and clients to ensure project success.
• Enforce company safety policies on job sites.
• Resolve issues that may arise during project execution.
