Job summary

Nash Plumbing and Mechanical, LLC is seeking a Mechanical Foreman to lead field crews on plumbing and HVAC projects. You will supervise technicians, plumbers, and pipefitters, plan daily work, read blueprints, and ensure installations meet codes and quality standards.

Responsibilities include safety enforcement, scheduling, material control, progress tracking, and collaboration with project managers and clients to keep projects on time and within budget.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in mechanical trades.
• At least 2 years in a supervisory or foreman role.
• Strong knowledge of HVAC, piping, and related systems.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.

Responsibilities

• Supervise, train, and mentor mechanical technicians, plumbers, and pipefitters.
• Plan, schedule, and coordinate daily mechanical work activities.
• Interpret blueprints to ensure accurate installations.
• Oversee installation, maintenance, and repair of HVAC, plumbing, and piping systems.
• Enforce safety policies and ensure project timelines are met.
• Order materials, manage inventory, and track progress with managers.
