Job summary

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience leading commercial mechanical, HVAC, or plumbing projects.
• Proven experience managing scopes of work on large-scale commercial construction projects.
• Strong leadership with the ability to motivate and develop field personnel.
• Knowledge of IECC, ICC, ASHRAE standards, local building codes, and construction safety requirements.
• OSHA 30 Certification preferred.
• Journeyman or Master Mechanical/HVAC License preferred.
• Comfortable using tablets, smartphones, and basic computer software for project management and reporting.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.

Responsibilities

• Leading and coordinating commercial mechanical, HVAC, or plumbing work on assigned projects.
• Working closely with the Project Superintendent and other trades to ensure schedules, manpower, and materials are effectively managed.
• Supervising field crews while maintaining productivity, quality, and safety standards.
• Mentoring, coaching, and developing team members to maximize performance.
• Ensuring all work complies with project specifications, local codes, and company safety policies.
• Utilizing company-provided technology, including tablets and smartphones, to manage project documentation, communication, and scheduling.
• Identifying and resolving field issues to keep projects on schedule and exceed customer expectations.
• Maintaining a clean, organized, and safe job site.
