Qualifications

• Ability to lift and maneuver heavy objects and work in various conditions.
• Strong reading and interpretation of technical instructions.

Responsibilities

• Champion the safety culture on site across all departments.
• Collaborate with project management to review plans, specs, and scopes.
• Prepare weekly 3-week lookahead schedules for manpower allocation.
• Coordinate with General Foreman to address manpower needs and crew ratios.
• Conduct daily inspections for installation quality and safety compliance.
• Maintain assets and tools per company policies.
• Provide on-the-job training to journeymen and apprentices.
• Foster relationships with General Contractors and Engineers.
• Lead onsite staff meetings and ensure progress and coordination.
• Maintain as-builts and progress drawings to minimize material handling.
