Joshua Robert is seeking an experienced Plumbing Foreman to oversee commercial plumbing projects, lead field crews, and ensure safety, quality, and on-time delivery. You will plan execution, manage manpower, materials, and scheduling while maintaining strong client and subcontractor relationships.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience supervising commercial plumbing construction projects.
• Active Plumbing or Mechanical (HVAC) License, or ability to obtain within 90 days.
• Strong knowledge of IPC, local building codes, and construction safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Lead, supervise, mentor, and develop field personnel.
• Plan, organize, and direct daily execution of plumbing scopes.
• Coordinate work with project teams, general contractors, inspectors, and other trades.
• Build and maintain strong customer and subcontractor relationships through communication and service.
• Attend coordination meetings and resolve field conflicts to keep projects on schedule.
• Ensure plumbing installations meet project specifications and codes.
• Manage manpower, materials, equipment, and schedules for maximum efficiency.
• Maintain a safe job site and enforce safety policies.
