Job summary

HB Global is seeking an experienced Mechanical Foreman to lead and supervise mechanical teams on plumbing and mechanical projects in Florida. You will oversee HVAC, piping, and related systems, interpret blueprints, and ensure installations meet safety and quality standards.

You will plan activities, allocate resources, and mentor technicians, plumbers, and pipefitters. Strong leadership and knowledge of codes are essential for successful project execution.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years in mechanical trades, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or foreman role.
• Proven expertise in HVAC and piping systems.
• Strong ability to read blueprints, schematics, and technical specifications.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Demonstrated ability to manage and motivate a team effectively.
• Thorough understanding of relevant building codes, safety regulations, and industry best practices.
• OSHA 10 or 30 certification preferred.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities
